Got the nook blues? Maybe you want one of the broken ones I received. Assuming you'd rather get a new one, without paying a premium, Gadgetell reports on some Barnes and Noble retail selling new nooks.
Before you get too excited - there's no large quantity of stock at your local store, and in fact they probably don't have any. It turns out that nooks can be returned still shrink wrapped to the stores, rather than being shipped back. Those stores are allowed to keep and sell them at the regular, new $259 price point. Unless your local store is real close / you were heading there anyway, I'd recommend a phone call first.
