Ian McEwan back catalog going print or Kindle only

TeleRead reports that Ian McEwan signed a deal with indie publishers Rosetta Books last year who offered to double his royalties on eBooks, and has entered into an exclusive deal with Amazon. Yet another win for an author (more money) and a blow to the eBook consumer, unless they own a Kindle.
