Game Change: Finally available as an eBook

Game Change is finally available in eBook format, after a multi-month holdback by the publisher and several nasty 1 star reviews left in retribution at eBook sites. I had forgotten all about it, and if I didn't catch a blurb in my email from Barnes and Noble might never have remember I was somewhat interested in the book.

The book is now widely available, including from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo and Sony.
