TeleRead has information on Obooko.com. The relatively new site allows authors to post PDFs to the site for limited distribution. The quantities are limited, content can be pulled at any time, and downloaders must register and provide some information.
This is not a site for those who wish to utilize DRM to prevent further redistribution - but is an interesting way to gauge reaction to your book.
