Wikipedia has plenty of details on the FONE F3 by Motorola, a fairly simple phone but exceptionally thin thanks to an e-Ink display in lieu of a backlit LCD.
It appears to be sold generally as a prepaid phone for as little as $20 or so. While the phone occasionally becomes available for import in the US, read the Wikipedia article pretty quickly before jumping in - it's extremely limited, even in terms of SMS support.
UPDATE: Please note - this isn't a new phone, just one I just recently discovered the existence of.
