Not everyone as thrilled as me with their nook customer service

Jesse Vincent had an experience with Barnes and Noble customer support that couldn't be further from my own. What's strange is that he also experienced extremely friendly, polite and seemingly helpful customer service representatives - just as I did. It would seem that they have a helpful staff, but a somewhat rigid set of computer systems that make it hard to break free from their automated order flow process.

That's a shame, since many people will pay little attention to why they are getting bad service - they merely want great service!
