TeleRead has been acquired. The (very) popular blog covering all aspects of digital reading was purchased by Philadelphia-based North American Publishing (NAPCO) which publishes several industry trade magazines.
Founder David Rothman will be stepping down as editor-publisher, to be succeeded by current co-editor, Paul K. Biba.
