Beth @ NookVerse does a great job monitoring the Barnes and Noble forums - so great that I don't really go there on a daily basis any more and lazily sit back and wait for her to post interesting tidbits.
Today she found an official notice from Barnes and Noble acknowledging that the in-store extras when you bring your nook to a retail store aren't working to well.
Thanks Beth, and hopefully you can start doing my other job for me too, I'll just stay home and sleep!
