This week Amazon is the only store selling all titles on the list, with Barnes and Noble right on their heels. Sony continues to be the highest cost source for books, and Kobo seems to pay a slight price for my early returns - this list is available now at The New York Times but won't be published until next Sunday's edition. Kobo is excellent about charging $9.99 or less for bestsellers, but hasn't updated a couple of the new entrants to the list: The First Rule and Treasure Hunt.
