Calibre 0.6.39 released

A quick maintenance release to the ever excellent Calibre is out. Calibre manages books (and news) for just about every eReader that can connect to a PC, Mac or Linux via USB for loading content.

• Adds ability to customize automatically generated Author Sorts.
• Increases support for poorly formatted Project Gutenberg books.
• Fixes a book in 0.6.38 that prevented the setting of bookmarks from the viewer.
• Ignores improperly encoded filenames when using HTML.
